Cancellation Policy
All flights are subject to weather, maintenance, air traffic control, FAA requirements, aircraft availability, passenger weight and balance, and pilot discretion. Black Label Helicopters reserves the right to delay, reschedule, reroute, shorten, substitute aircraft, or cancel any flight at any time for safety or operational reasons. Passengers must arrive at least 20–30 minutes before their scheduled flight time for check-in and safety briefing. Late arrivals may be treated as a cancellation or no-show and may forfeit payment. Accurate passenger weight is required for safe helicopter operations. All passengers must provide truthful and current weight information. Seating assignments are determined solely by the operator for safety and weight-and-balance compliance. Flights may be adjusted or canceled if passenger weight or seating limits are exceeded. Passengers must follow all instructions from the pilot and staff at all times. Black Label Helicopters reserves the right to refuse boarding or terminate a flight for any unsafe, disruptive, or noncompliant behavior. Any passenger suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied boarding without refund. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and required waivers must be signed before departure. Passengers who are pregnant or who have any medical condition that may affect their ability to fly should consult a physician before booking. Loose items may be restricted for safety reasons. Passengers are responsible for securing personal belongings, including phones, cameras, hats, and bags. Black Label Helicopters is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Flight routes and durations are approximate and may change due to weather, airspace restrictions, traffic, or safety considerations. Cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to the company’s booking terms. Weather or operator-related cancellations may be rescheduled or refunded at the company’s discretion. No-shows, late arrivals, inaccurate booking information, or denied boarding for safety reasons may result in loss of payment. By booking or participating in a flight, passengers acknowledge and agree to these policies.
